Step into a nurturing space where two powerful healing practices come together. Imagine lying in a soft cocoon, your body relaxing into stillness, while soothing heart-centered energy gently flows around you. In this session, you'll receive the healing touch of Reiki, a transformative energy practice that clears physical and emotional blockages.The second part of your restful journey invites you to a Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation also known as yogic sleep. This profound state of rest helps you reconnect with your inner self , opening your heart so you can hear its rhythm and allowing your deepest intentions to surface. Here, you'll find clarity, ease and a sense of wholeness as you embrace complete relaxation.Together, Reiki and Yoga Nidra work to restore balance, release tension, and invite peace into your mind, body and spirit.
