For our Audience:
Expect an evening brimming with music, poetry, spoken word, and comedy as we invite gifted performers to take the stage and share their art with our Fable community in our intimate, cozy, creative setting. Arrive at 7pm to select your seat (first come, first serve!) and performances will start promptly at 7.30pm. The event is very popular, so do arrive on time <3
Our bookshop basement in Príncipe Real is the perfect setting to unwind, enjoy performances by local artists, and mingle with fellow art lovers - and while you’re here, maybe even grab a glass of natural wine and enjoy a delicious bite to eat - yes, we do that too!

Whether you're a seasoned performer or looking to make your debut, this is your chance to be part of an inclusive community event that celebrates creativity and self-expression. There are only 10 performance slots available so we will be taking applications to ensure we have a luscious variety of acts for our fabulous Fable audience. Applications are open until 9pm, Jan 12th and chosen artists will be notified on Jan 13th. There may be a few slots available on the night, so arrive at 7pm to pop your name on the waiting list.

Fable is a wellness cafe and English bookshop in Lisbon. We offer colorful, delicious meals, specialty coffee, natural wine, cold-pressed juice and a thoughtfully curated selection of both fiction and non-fiction books.
