The sessions aim to help you to harmonize your body, breath, and mind through ancient practices, developing physical strength, mental clarity, and inner peace.
Level: beginner & intermediate;
My classes include the practice of asanas for physical flexibility and strength (40 min), pranayama for breath control and energy regulation (15 min), and meditation for mental clarity and relaxation (5 min).
