No specific skills are required—just bring your enthusiasm! The event is open to everyone interested in Service Design and Innovation, so spread the word and invite your friends!

Over two full days, you’ll work alongside professionals from diverse backgrounds to learn, experiment, and develop new ideas in Service Design. It’s a weekend packed with fun, learning, and excellent networking opportunities.

The event will take place in Avenidas Novas, Lisbon, and promises a memorable experience for all attendees.

The Lisbon Service Jam is part of the Global Service Jam initiative, a volunteer-organized event where all proceeds cover operational expenses.

Your ticket includes:

• Access to all 3 days of the event

• Lunch on Sunday (On Saturday, each group will choose their own lunch venue and cover their own expenses.)

Can I participate in only one specific day?

Participation in all three days is essential. On the first evening, you’ll join a group that will collaborate throughout the event. Each activity builds on the previous one, making your presence vital for your team’s success. To fully enjoy the Lisbon Service Jam, we ask for full commitment.
