What to expect from this retreat

✨Exploring shadows, sensitizing ourselves to the subtleties of the unseen persona, unmasking, oscillating in metamorphosis.

✨Meandering back into the ocean of true Self through Soul Dance, Authentic Expression, Transformational Breathwork, Somato Emotional Release, and Yoga.

✨Sacred Creativity, as well as sound baths and ceremony time is how we end the days for sweet integration.

The retreat involves:

- guided group work, we work with regressions, somatic techniques, breathwork and circling practices to create a transformational group space

- authentic relating games help us to find out about our masks, triggers, hidden discomforts and also can be quite fun

- authentic movement and expression to attune to the body's universe of emotions and to find more ease in expression

- voice activation exercises

- transformational breathwork sessions

- yoga into unwinding

- somato emotional release: learn how to attune to the energetic charges and blockages of the body and how to help the system to release without any manipulative force

- soul dance to have a fantastic celebration with great sound

Old pains and stuck emotions

can be addressed and transmuted, when the body feels safe and when there is the right support in letting go. We are a qualified team to hold you and each in this space where all is welcome. The way out is through! in three words: Evolution, Liberation, Authenticity.

It is not required to have any previous experience with this type of work.

The facilitators

Lenzea and Je’he are the founders of the Loloma Retreat concept and guardians of Jardim Loloma, their home and retreat space in central Portugal. As retreat and workshop facilitators they are passionate about somatic therapies and experiential group work. They each have over 10 years of experience in their therapeutic work. Je'he has his base in psychotherapy and breathwork, Lenzea in movement therapy like yoga, dance, somato emotional releases and more.

The space

Jardim Loloma provides a humble retreat environment in the beauty of nature, with the comfort of a big shaded event tent, community kitchen, bathrooms and hot shower, and lovely tent spaces as well as campervan spaces. The place is easy to find and easy access.

Please arrive on Thursday between noon and 2pm. There will be no lunch served on that day, only dinner. At 3pm we will open the circle with tea and cookies. We will close the retreat on Sunday afternoon with a ceremony.

We will be served yummy vegan meals for lunch and dinner. We do not have an abundant breakfast, as this will help us to keep light for the morning exercises. There will be tea and coffee and only fruits in the morning. You can bring additional snacks if you like.

We provide a free shuttle from and to Castelo Branco train/bus station.
