Dancing (with) Menopause: A Journey of Transformation

Menopause is a defining moment in a woman’s life—a process that signals profound changes and challenges us to embrace both endings and new beginnings. While each woman experiences this transition uniquely, it also connects us through a shared journey of growth and discovery. Menopause can bring vulnerabilities, but it also offers a powerful opportunity for self-awareness, acceptance, and resilience.

In this special edition of M.O.V.E - Dancing (with) Menopause, we invite women aged 40+ to join a unique experience that combines music and movement as tools to explore the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of this phase.

Within a safe and welcoming space and a small group, this practice will help transform doubts and insecurities into vitality and self-confidence, promoting nervous system balance and reconnecting you with the innate strength of your body.

Why Join?

  • Physical Benefits: Reduces stress, enhances vitality and strengthens mobility.
  • Mental and Emotional Benefits: Promotes emotional balance, expands body awareness and fosters empowerment.
  • Social Connection: A supportive environment to share experiences and strengthen bonds of our sisterhood.
