In today’s fast-paced world, we often carry so much alone. These breakfasts are an invitation to step away from the noise, come together in sisterhood, and gently return to ourselves.

A little about me:
I’m Naianna—a neuroscientist, meditation teacher, and mother—passionate about brain development, self-healing, and the ways we can rewire our minds using science-backed tools. Through Soulful Neuroscience I help women understand their brains and build lives that feel nourishing, resilient, and aligned.
