Join us for an evening of poetry, creativity, and community at Good Company Bookstore, with our welcoming host, Angelique Neumann. Whether you're a poet, a poetry lover, or simply curious, this is an opportunity to share words, listen, and connect with fellow literary enthusiasts.
What to Expect from the Event?
The evening will begin with a few readings from Angelique before we open the floor to the open mic, for anyone who wishes to share their poetry in a warm and welcoming environment.
If you’d like to perform, please prepare 1 or 2 poems, ideally originals. Both English and Portuguese poetry are welcome. Not a performer? No problem! You’re more than welcome to attend and enjoy the readings as part of the audience.
Who Is This Event For?
This event is for anyone with a love of poetry - whether you’re a seasoned poet, an aspiring writer, or simply a poetry enthusiast who enjoys listening to spoken word.

This event is free to attend, but we ask that you register a free ticket in advance so we know how many people to expect. Seating is limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis.
