About this event

SCISSOR SESSIONS is a casual drop-in for artists working with paper and collage. Meet and chat with other artists, make some collage with our materials or bring your own project to share for feedback.

This session contains a bonus treat - at 5pm we will launch the first of our two at business development webinars 'Studio to Success: Organising the Business Side of your Art Career' in partnership with Artwork Archive. We will join together from our usual meeting space in Jardims do Bombarda so bring a notebook. (Please note that this will cut short our usual collage meeting by 1 hour.)

Collage Working Club (CWC) is a weekly open workspace for artists working in the medium of paper. Organised in the format of alternate ‘drop in’ sessions and workshops masterclasses, it has both a regular facilitator whilst also involving the artist community in the sharing of knowledge and skills. Providing materials, education and connections is the primary aim of CWC, and it achieves this through the interdisciplinary art of collage as both an art form and a tool for personal growth.

The group occupies a physical space at Largo Residências, a cultural and social project at Jardims do Bombarda, Lisbon.

----------
