VCW Journey Certification: Intermediate-Level Certification

Join the VCW Journey Certification, a hands-on program (total of 24h in-class & 74h study) designed to provide you with an immersive learning experience. Gain intermediate-level certification from the VCW Lab @ Nova SBE and dive deep into the Value Creation Wheel (VCW) methodology, a proven approach to transforming businesses worldwide. Over several days, you'll combine theoretical insights with practical, co-creation sessions to solve real-world challenges brought by leaders.

Time: Thursday 23rd to Thursday 30th January 2025 (1 week)

You’ll work in teams, applying VCW to address the organizational challenges that matter most, while learning from industry leaders and peers.

What to Expect:

Laying the Foundation (Thursday 23rd Jan., 14h:00 - 18h:00):
The VCW Journey Certification begins with two round tables, “Innovation, Decision, and Problem-Solving” and “VCW Impact”. Leaders will then address key challenges, followed by team formation to align challenges with priorities, objectives, and KPIs.
On the second day, we will continue applying the VCW Journey after selecting a key organizational challenge endorsed by a Key Decision Maker (KDM). A KDM is a person who has the 4Ms for that particular challenge, Manpower, Minutes, Money & Motivation.

Theory and Co-Creation Sessions (Friday 24th, Monday 27th, Tuesday 28th, and Wednesday 29th Jan., 09h:00 - 13h:00):
Each session integrates brief theoretical introductions to key VCW concepts with team-based co-creation activities. Teams will apply the VCW Journey to tackle real challenges developing practical and actionable solutions. Teams will conclude by setting the stage for implementation.

Final Presentations (Thursday 30th Jan., 09h:00 - 13h:00):
On the final day, each team will present the solutions developed during the VCW co-creation sessions at Nova SBE Hovione Auditorium. This is an opportunity to showcase the solutions generated throughout the Certification and receive constructive feedback from peers and facilitators.

Leaders from participating organizations will close the VCW Certification.
