Sasha helps people to develop Mindfulness in life through MBCT, Kirtan, meditation and mantras.

Mindfulness is a natural way of being, that we might experience when deeply absorbed in the present moment, for example being in nature, seeing a beautiful landscape, listening to music, being creative, making art, dancing, singing or playing sport. Mantra & meditation offer us ways to develop our mindfulness through connection with our hearts and our mind.
